Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Emanuel Homes is a licensed general contractor serving Spokane, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake. We carry full insurance for your protection and ours.
What types of jobs do you take on?
We handle most home repairs, maintenance, and small-to-mid-size remodels — things like drywall, doors, lighting, trim, decks, and bathroom or kitchen updates. If your project falls outside our scope, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you charge for estimates?
If we can’t estimate with your pictures or videos, we charge a $150 on-site service visit, which covers our technician’s time to review the project, confirm scope, and provide a detailed quote. If you move forward, that fee is applied toward the total cost of the job.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake
Do you provide materials, or should I?
We can do either. For most projects, we supply materials to ensure quality and compatibility. If you already have specific items you’d like installed, just let us know when requesting your quote.
What if something unexpected comes up during the job?
We’ll talk it through with you right away. If new issues appear once work begins, we’ll explain the options, pricing, and next steps before proceeding. No surprises..
Is there a minimum job size or service fee?
Yes. Our base service fee starts at $150. For smaller jobs, we can bundle items from your list to make the visit more cost-effective.
Do you guarantee your work?
