Do you do the work yourself?
Sometimes, yes. We’re primarily a project management and contractor coordination service, but depending on the job, our team may handle smaller repairs or punch list items directly. Larger or specialized work is done by licensed, insured, and trusted professionals from our network—and we manage the process from start to finish. One point of contact. Zero hassle.
Why not just call a contractor directly?
You could—but then you're stuck managing all the calls, timelines, and clean-up. We take care of that so you don't have to.
How do you choose your contractors?
All our pros are licensed and insured. We screen them based on references, online reviews, and communication skills. If we wouldn’t trust them in our own homes, we don’t send them to yours.
Do I have to use your contractors?
Nope! If you already have someone you trust, we’re happy to coordinate the project with your preferred contractor or handyman.
How much does this cost?
We give a custom quote based on the scope of work. Pricing is always clear and upfront. No hidden fees—just honest rates for quality work.
Is there a minimum job size or service fee?
Yes. Our base service fee starts at $175. For smaller jobs, we can bundle items from your list to make the visit more cost-effective.
How long will it take to get things done?
It depends on the job and contractor availability. We’ll get you scheduled as quickly as possible and keep you informed along the way.
Do you guarantee the work?
