$150 per visit minimum – applied directly to your job.

Many small fixes (like hanging shelves, swapping a fixture, caulking touch-ups, furniture assembly, or small drywall repair) are wrapped up within that minimum.

Larger projects? We’ll provide a clear written quote before work begins, and issue a change order if anything shifts — no surprises.
